The services provided by Your Designer involves the collection, use and disclosure of some personal information & protecting this personal information is important to us.

Protecting our clients ‘privacy is primary, and we will keep their personal information safe. We are posting this statement of policy in compliance with British Columbia’s PersonalInformation Protection Act (PIPA 2004).

We disclose to our clients how and why we collect and use their personal information. This Policy states the principles and practices we follow in protecting the confidentiality and security of our client’s personal information.
 

DEFINITIONS
Personal Information – means information provided relevant to a request for information and/or services provided by Your Designer; Message portion of yourdesigner.ca web form.

Contact Information – means information that would allow Your Designer to contact the client inquiring to discuss the information and/or services they are looking to obtain from Your Designer; Name, Email Address, and Phone Number portion of yourdesigner.ca

COMMITMENT
We collect information that is volunteered by anyone contacting Your Designer for the purposes of seeking information and/or services provided by Your Designer. We use the information collected to contact those who have an interest in our services. Your Designer retains the information, for a limited & reasonable amount of time. We will not disclose the information to anyone outside of Your Designer without the client’s knowledge and/or permission.

data to be collected and shared with Google.
